Shipping for this item

Fulfilled by AmishToyBox.com. The supplier’s existing free standard shipping offer applies to this vendor’s items delivered within the contiguous United States. A physical street address is required; the supplier does not ship to PO boxes. Alaska and Hawaii require additional shipping charges. The supplier generally ships most orders by the next business day, with estimated standard transit of 2–8 days after dispatch. Same-day dispatch is an effort for weekday orders placed by noon, not a guarantee. Holiday carrier delays can extend these estimates. Check the order confirmation for tracking. Report a shipment marked delivered but not found within five days so the issue can be investigated promptly.

Returns for this item

For this item, the supplier’s published return window is 30 days from purchase. Returns require proof of purchase and the item must be unused and in the condition received. Buyer-paid return shipping applies unless the product arrived blemished or the wrong item was sent; original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Report shipping damage immediately with photographs so a replacement can be arranged without additional cost. Refund approval follows receipt and inspection. Contact BuyAmerican before sending a return so the correct authorization and destination can be confirmed.

Materials and construction

The primary material for this item is steel. Review the listed contents and finish options when comparing this piece with others. Natural grain and reclaimed markings, where present, vary from item to item.

Care and handling

Use the instructions supplied with the model for assembly, adjustment and maintenance. Check fasteners, wheels and any steering or brake parts before use, and keep the equipment clean and dry between outings. Do not treat a cargo rating as permission for any activity outside the maker’s instructions. Stop using the item if a part loosens or is damaged. Replacement-part compatibility and maintenance requirements should be checked for the exact model rather than assumed from a similar-looking product.
