Its savory profile gives familiar meals a pepper-forward finishing touch, with smoky notes described by the manufacturer. Choose it when you want a versatile red sauce for the table and a step up from mild heat, while keeping the flavor of your food part of the experience.

Try a few drops on eggs at breakfast, add it to a slice of pizza, or serve it beside a bowl of chili. The manufacturer also recommends it for a Bloody Mary. Those pairings offer several ways to explore the sauce without preparing a separate recipe. For a shared meal, leave the bottle at the table so each person can adjust the amount. Taste before adding more; medium heat is a relative description and individual preferences differ.

13 Stars Hot Sauce cooks Big Red One in Warren, Rhode Island, USA.
