Shipping for this item

Fulfilled by AmishToyBox.com. The supplier’s existing free standard shipping offer applies to this vendor’s items delivered within the contiguous United States. A physical street address is required; the supplier does not ship to PO boxes. Alaska and Hawaii require additional shipping charges. The supplier generally ships most orders by the next business day, with estimated standard transit of 2–8 days after dispatch. Same-day dispatch is an effort for weekday orders placed by noon, not a guarantee. Holiday carrier delays can extend these estimates. Check the order confirmation for tracking. Report a shipment marked delivered but not found within five days so the issue can be investigated promptly.

Returns for this item

For this item, the supplier’s published return window is 30 days from purchase. Returns require proof of purchase and the item must be unused and in the condition received. Buyer-paid return shipping applies unless the product arrived blemished or the wrong item was sent; original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Report shipping damage immediately with photographs so a replacement can be arranged without additional cost. Refund approval follows receipt and inspection. Contact BuyAmerican before sending a return so the correct authorization and destination can be confirmed.

Materials and construction

The primary material for this item is poly lumber. The supplier describes the poly lumber as made from recycled plastic. Metal fasteners, clear panels and other components are identified only where specified above.

Care and handling

Keep the access areas, drainage openings and feeding surfaces clear of old food and debris. Inspect hanging cables, fasteners and mounting points regularly, particularly after severe weather. Follow the maker’s instructions when cleaning the poly surface and any separate metal, glass or clear-panel components. Allow cleaned parts to dry before refilling. Recycled poly material still needs routine cleaning and inspection; it does not remove the need to maintain a wildlife feeding or nesting area.
