The Liberty uses telescoping anodized aluminum sections of progressively different diameters, creating a tapered profile at full height. The kit includes stainless-steel clips, a swivel and washer, anodized aluminum ball top and ground sleeve.

Install the ground sleeve according to the manufacturer's guide, then extend and lock each section following Posi-Loc instructions. Verify the locking mechanism is fully engaged before attaching or raising a flag. Use a physical street delivery address, not a P.O. box, as the manufacturer states that this kit cannot be shipped to a post-office box.
