the-bob-garner-usa-made-takedown-recurve-bow-4-week-lead-time
Bob Garner USA-Made Takedown Recurve Bow – 60 Inches

Shatterproof Archery began with bowstrings offered by Kramer Ammons and grew with the help of his brother Kazden Ammons, who now owns the company. Based in Colorado Springs, Colorado, the business has an Etsy shop dating to 2017; its formal founding year has not been verified. The team aims to help more people enjoy archery through practical gear and education. Its published values emphasize simplicity, integrity, hospitality and perseverance. A small family business grew from bowstring orders and bow-building videos into a wider traditional archery range.

The Bob Garner is a three-piece takedown recurve handcrafted in Colorado. Its hickory riser and bamboo-core fiberglass limbs honor the Ammons brothers' grandfather, who introduced the family to archery.

Choose shooting hand, draw weight and configuration using your actual setup requirements. A listed draw weight is meaningful only with its reference draw length and tolerance. Compare your draw length with the maker's stated range and obtain guidance if the reference measurement is missing. A higher draw weight is not automatically a better choice for learning or for a comfortable practice session.

Read the included-equipment list alongside the selected options. A complete bow, a limb-only product and a partially completed kit are different purchases. For a takedown design, compatible limb geometry and attachment hardware matter; a similar appearance does not establish interchangeability. Follow the maker's assembly and setup instructions and have brace height, string seating and arrow compatibility checked before shooting.

The published lead time refers to the maker's production schedule and should be confirmed for the current configuration. Production time and carrier transit are different periods. Materials such as wood, bamboo and fiberglass can vary in appearance, so use product photos to understand construction rather than expecting an identical grain pattern. No unbreakable-bow claim, universal accuracy improvement or guaranteed arrow speed is made here.

Product highlights

60-inch three-piece takedown recurve

16-inch hickory riser cut to center

Bamboo-core fiberglass limbs

Right- and left-handed options

Sizes, options and package scope

Draw weight measured at 28 inches within ±2.5 lb.
