The founders left fashion-industry roles to build a business around lower-waste packaging and artisan production. Their collections pair beauty products with carefully chosen objects for the vanity and home, emphasizing thoughtful materials and lasting personal value.

The Shadow of Desire pairs a layered home fragrance with a rounded glass vessel and a separate spherical lid. The scent combines resinous, citrus and spice impressions, while the dark glass makes the unlit candle a sculptural object in its own right. The orb is solid glass rather than a hollow cap, so leave room for it on a stable surface when the candle is in use.

Soy wax blend with natural-fiber wicks, according to the maker.

Candle poured in Brooklyn by Joya Studio.

Vessel and orb lid hand blown by artisans at Ignite Glass Studios in Chicago.

The glass orb can be displayed separately while the candle is in use.

Supplier-listed candle size: 18.5 oz / 525 g; this is not recorded as verified net wax weight.

Approximate overall height: 7.5 inches with the orb top.
