Orca Summer Sausage & Cheese Snack Gift Box

Dan House founded Dan The Sausageman in 1988, and the family-run business is based in Burien, Washington. After an injury ended his soccer career, he began selling sausage door to door from a 1974 Dodge Dart. Personal service, lasting customer relationships and community support are central to the company's story.

Orca Summer Sausage & Cheese Snack Gift Box

The Orca summer sausage and cheese snack gift box combines a meat-and-cheese core with several crunchy accompaniments. Two 10 oz sausages and two 4 oz cheese bars are joined by granola, marinated Italian olives, mustard, pretzels, Almond Roca and roasted cashews. Compare it with a simpler sausage gift when the recipient would appreciate a broader mix of snacks to sample over more than one occasion.

• Original and garlic summer sausage, each listed at 10 oz.
• Separate 4 oz Cheddar and Swiss cheese bars.
• Pretzels, granola, olives and cashews provide several snack choices.

Ingredients & Allergen Information

The cheeses supply milk, and the listed sweets and nuts include almonds and cashews. The supplier says Sweet Hot Mustard is not gluten free. Granola and pretzel recipes need their own ingredient and allergen review; a complete declaration for this exact assortment has not been verified. Current labels should be checked for all other ingredients and cross-contact statements.

For help reading package declarations, see the FDA guide to food allergen labels.

Storage & Serving

Follow each individual package's storage directions, including the cheese, olives and granola. The supplier identifies unopened summer sausage as shelf stable and instructs refrigeration after opening. That guidance applies to the sausage; each other food has its own handling requirements. Keep the original packages so ingredients and storage information remain available after the gift is opened.

Start with sausage, cheese and pretzels on a clean serving surface, then place olives, mustard and nuts in separate dishes. Granola can be saved for a different snack occasion if it does not fit the spread. The supplier's current list names roasted cashews; photographs may show earlier package arrangements. The written contents and any confirmed replacements should guide expectations.

Use clean utensils and follow the FoodSafety.gov handling guidance when arranging food.
