The Sketchy Promise Ceramic Coffee Mug – 16 oz

Iron Bean Coffee Company was established in 2016 by Fred and Chanell Dedrick and is based in Perrysburg, Ohio. The husband-and-wife founders built the business around their love of coffee and the idea of making customers feel welcome. Their veteran-owned company emphasizes small-batch roasting, freshness, integrity and a close-knit coffee community. The founders describe starting with garage equipment and growing one order at a time, keeping their shared enthusiasm for coffee at the center of the business.

The Sketchy Promise Ceramic Coffee Mug – 16 oz

The Sketchy Promise is a white ceramic coffee mug decorated with an illustrated Free Coffee van. The supplier lists a 16-ounce capacity, says the ceramic mug is made in the United States and includes a matching printed sticker. The gallery shows both sides of the mug and a Made in USA mark on its base.

Choose this mug for its playful van artwork and ceramic drinking format. Coffee and brewing equipment are separate purchases. The manufacturer directs hand washing, so this is a choice for someone comfortable caring for a mug by hand.

Design, Capacity and Included Items

• Material: Ceramic.
• Published capacity: 16 oz.
• Included: One mug and one matching printed sticker.
• Care: Hand wash only.

Use this ceramic mug with the beverage you prepare separately. Its illustrated van design gives it a playful coffee theme, while the handle provides the familiar shape of a drinking mug. The maker lists a 16-ounce capacity; that figure describes the vessel, not a quantity of coffee included with the purchase. Select a comfortable fill level when serving your drink. A lid, infuser, spoon and coffee brewer are not listed as included components.

The set includes the ceramic mug and a matching van sticker. The gallery shows alternate views of the same mug, including its base; those pictures do not indicate that several mugs are supplied. Choose this design for someone who enjoys illustrated coffee merchandise and is happy to hand wash a ceramic cup. A sticker is a separate printed accessory, so its surface requirements should be considered separately from the ceramic mug’s care directions.

The illustrated artwork is the distinguishing feature of this design. Compare it with the gallery’s handle and base views when choosing a gift. No insulation rating, temperature-retention duration or spill-resistance specification is supplied. The mug is an open ceramic drinking vessel, so it should not be selected on the assumption that it performs like a lidded travel tumbler.

Origin, Care, Shipping and Returns

Manufacturing Origin

The ceramic mug is made in the United States according to its product page and the Made in USA mark visible on its base. The manufacturing state is not published. The separate included printed sticker’s manufacturing origin is not verified, so the origin statement here is specifically about the ceramic mug.

Care

Hand wash the mug, following the maker’s explicit care direction. Rinse it thoroughly and dry it before putting it away. Do not assume dishwasher compatibility from the ceramic material alone. Microwave, oven and freezer suitability are not published for this particular design, so those uses are not promised. Treat the printed sticker according to any directions supplied with it; the mug’s ceramic care instructions do not establish whether the sticker is dishwasher-safe or suited to a particular surface.

Shipping for This Mug

The supplier’s general shipping policy lists USPS and UPS, choosing service according to the transaction, destination and weight. This is a ceramic merchandise item, so the coffee roasting schedule is not a processing-time guarantee for the mug. Review your BuyAmerican order’s delivery estimate and shipping charges, and inspect the ceramic item when it arrives. Direct-site shipping discounts or free-shipping thresholds are not promised as terms of this purchase.

Returns and Order Issues

BuyAmerican’s refund policy provides a 30-day period after delivery to request an eligible return, with the item unused, in original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. The store excludes sale items, so check the conditions that apply to the actual order. Contact BuyAmerican before sending anything back. If the mug arrives broken, damaged or incorrect, report the issue promptly and keep the packaging and photographs available for review. The supplier’s separate general and merchandise return windows differ and are not promised as an override of the store’s policy. Read the BuyAmerican refund policy for complete store terms.
