Turkey Spur Broadheads - 125/150 Grain, 3-Pack

Founded in 2008 in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Vantage Point Archery grew from founder Jeff Miller's work designing broadheads for himself and fellow bowhunters. Choose a broadhead designed specifically for turkey hunting, with sharpened rear spur blades and intentionally unsharpened forward-facing edges. The rear cutting diameter is 1 1/8 inches. Available 125- and 150-grain versions come in a pack of three matching heads.

The forward and rear portions serve different purposes: the front geometry is designed to slow penetration while the rear spurs provide the cutting edges. Preserve that design during maintenance rather than sharpening every exposed surface. Select the grain weight to suit an arrow setup you have tuned and tested; weight alone does not establish compatibility or expected hunting performance.

Care and maintenance

Inspect each head before use and after impact. Clean it, dry it thoroughly and follow the manufacturer's sharpening geometry rather than changing the bevel by eye. Maintain carbon-steel surfaces with appropriate corrosion care; stainless steel also benefits from cleaning and dry storage. Use a suitable broadhead wrench for installation and removal, keep fingers clear of cutting edges and cover heads during transport. Do not reuse a head with cracks, damaged threads or other structural damage simply because the edge can be resharpened.
